Introducing: Commission with a Mission

At Cohen Closing & Title, we’ve always believed that our work is about more than just closings. It’s about community. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newest initiative, Commission With a Mission, a program designed to give back to those who’ve given so much: our Veterans.

In partnership with Swim with a Mission (SWAM), the Cohen Closing & Title, LLC team has officially launched Commission with a Mission, a groundbreaking initiative that invites companies and their employees to commit a portion of each commission earned to help fund SWAM's mission of supporting veterans and their families.

Swim With A Mission, founded by Phil and Julie Taub, has donated $13.7 million to 52 Veteran Service Organizations over the past nine years, supporting vital programs that help Veterans with housing, employment, mental health, and successful reintegration into civilian life. An example of one of the many programs SWAM supports is Operation Delta Dog, an organization that saves dogs and trains them to be service animals to transform the lives of veterans affected by PTSD.

“Our associates are passionate about delivering exceptional service, but they’re equally passionate about giving back,” said Kelly Cohen, our founder. “With Commission With A Mission, every transaction becomes a way to serve those who have served us.”

Cohen Closing & Title is proud to pilot the Commission With A Mission program in 2025, with plans to expand participation to additional companies in January of 2026. Through this partnership, our associates can donate a portion of their commissions to SWAM, and Cohen Closing & Title will match all employee donations dollar for dollar—doubling the impact for Veterans in need.
