Buying a property in cash? Using a lender? Or how about refinancing? Use our Closing Cost Calculator to estimate what your closing costs will look like. We know this isn’t new, but our new Seller Net Proceeds Calculator is! If you’re selling in NH or your client is, enter in information from commission amount to mortgage payoff amounts and get a detailed estimate of what you can expect to get back at the closing table.
